Join a Team

Score to Support and help support childhood cancer research and care as we work toward our goal of raising $5000 during the 2022-2023 season. 

There are two ways to join the team:

Make a one-time donation as a “Season Pass” donor. Simply fill out the donation form indicating the “one time” donation and amount of your tax deductible donation.

OR

Make a recurring donation as a “By the Numbers” donation. On the donation form, indicate a monthly donation and the amount, but also check the “write us a comment” and let us know which player to add to the Mini Sticks MVP Roster. We will keep track of all of the players who are Scoring to Support childhood cancer research and care, updating their points totals regularly.
